What are Auto checks?
Auto checks automatically run your prompts on a schedule (weekly, daily, or monthly depending on your plan). Set it once, and Citenso tracks your AI visibility continuously without manual effort.
What are Monitors?
A Monitor is a saved prompt configuration that runs automatically. For example, you can create a monitor for "Best CRM tools" that checks ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini every week.
How does competitor tracking work?
Add your competitors once in settings. When Citenso analyzes AI responses, it automatically extracts data for both your brand and your competitors from the same response — giving you a side-by-side comparison.
What is Share of Voice?
Share of Voice shows how often your brand is mentioned compared to competitors across all your checks. If you're mentioned in 18% of responses and Stripe in 35%, your Share of Voice is 18%.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we will prorate any charges or credits.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before canceling. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate, then permanently deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans.
Is there a setup fee?
